Keynote by eSai’s Principal at Women In Energy Engineering (WE2) Forum
eSai’s Principal (Dr. Nandini Mouli) was asked to address the members of the Women In Energy Engineering Forum at the Rutgers University on June 19, 2024. Dr. Mouli talked on the title, “Unveiling My Career Journey” and provided important messages from her three decades of career journey from a chemical engineer to an entrepreneur and now the head of the eSai Consulting. Sharing relevant anecdotes and quotes, Nandini left the message for the audience that if any one navigates his/her career path like the road trip of a lifetime it will lead an interesting, educational and fulfilling profession. She iterated that any energy engineer should get in the driver’s seat, know that their career plan is iterative, be open to unexpected opportunities and finally load up the trunk with relevant tools, skill sets and supporting colleagues and mentors. The speech was recorded and made public to the wider network of the Forum.
