Dr. Nandini Mouli Appointed to Advance Clean Energy in Maryland

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) welcomes Nandini Mouli, Ph.D. to serve on its 2021 Advisory Council.

Dr. Nandini Mouli has over 15 years of experience in the clean energy sector. Her passion has been to promote distributed energy resources in Maryland and other Mid-Atlantic States since 2009 when she helped establish the financial incentives for Combined Heat and Power in Maryland for the first time working with the utilities, state agencies and other stake-holders.
