eSai Spark – October 2025 Digest

From Washington DC to Virginia, Maryland, and New Jersey; October was a busy and impactful month for the eSai folks! We engaged in key regional forums including AESP Mid-Atlantic, the Virginia Clean Energy Summit, and Keystone Energy Efficiency Alliance-Energy Efficiency of NJ (KEEA-EEA NJ) Conference, contributing to conversations on affordability, grid reliability, and the evolving clean energy landscape.

At the Maryland Clean Energy Summit, our Principal, Dr. Mouli, joined a panel on “Resilience – Building Retrofits Made Easy,” highlighting how smart retrofits and distributed energy resources drive long-term building sustainability and performance.

Our Engineers continued performing inspections, reviewing, modelling, attending summits & seminars, and contributing in several projects including BGE Building Tune-up and Custom incentive programs.

We also continued our Dominion Energy Technology Spotlight Series, presenting on “The Science of Liquid Cooling for Data Centers”, and conducted project work with SMECO and BGE advancing CHP and high-performance building designs.

Finally, a warm welcome to our new hire, Kirtivardhan Singh, joining the eSai Engineering Team!
