Dr. Mouli presented a talk on Women Empowerment through Chemistry/Chemical Engineering. Ms. Mouli was the invited speaker for the American Chemical Society’s Baltimore Chapter.  She spoke about her career and the mentors in DuPont where she received mentoring by some reputed chemical engineers such as Dr. Uma Chatterjee who later became the CTO of DuPont and Dr. Silvia Stevenson who invented holographic films for credit cards ,etc. The points about developing confidence, self-esteem and ethical conduct were emphasized for the young women gathered at the meeting.
